Please text, call, message, or email us to set up your first Pilates session. All classes are by appointment Monday through Sunday. Please let us know the days and times that will work for you.
We strongly recommend that you start by taking private sessions. This will assure that you understand the Pilates principles and that you are able to perform the exercises correctly.
As with any form of exercise, Pilates needs to be performed regularly in order to achieve a desired level of fitness.
