Classes are available by appointment Monday through Sunday.

All classes are taught following the authentic Pilates method. Our classes are designed as a system that tailor your body's specific needs. We incorporate exercises that use the full range of Pilates apparatuses: reformer, mat, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, small barrel, spine corrector, ped-pull,and foot corrector.

10 Classes (used in 10 weeks; $60 each) -- $600

*In order to keep classes at an affordable price, packages need to be used in the specified time frame.
*Cancellations must be done 24 hrs. in advance in order to avoid being charged for the class.
